IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING BILL PAY PROCESSING
(If you are enrolling for Bill Pay, please print this page for future reference.)

When setting up payments on our Bill Pay system, please remember funds for electronic payments will be taken out of your account THREE business days prior to the due date and funds for check payments will be taken from your account SIX business days prior to the due date. "Check payments" will appear as an electronic withdrawal in your account. If a check copy is needed, Member Services will assist you. If funds are not in the account at the time of the withdrawal, you will be charged the current insufficient funds fee. Electronic payments that are insufficient when presented the first time will be processed again the next business day; if your account is still insufficient you will be charged an insufficient funds fee for each attempt. The delay may cause your bill to pay late, and the payee may charge you a fee. If a stop payment is requested, the current stop payment fee will be applied. Stop payments must be requested prior to the send date shown on the screen. When setting up a payment both the "due date" and the "send date" will be displayed; the "send date" is the date the funds will come out of your account.
