On August 15th new federal regulation went into effect which requires members to sign a form to participate in Overdraft Protection (ODP) plans. This regulation pertains to ATM and one-time Point-of-Sale Debit/Checking Card Transactions only. ODP protects your checking account when you don't have the funds in your account to cover retail transactions.
